2015

Hello everybody! This post is unfortunately the last post for 2014 but good news is, I will still post more stuff in the coming year, 2015

Today is the 30th of December which is a day before New Year's Eve! I am very excited for a new year because..... well I don't really know why BUT I AM REALLY EXCITED!
This year, were gonna see the fireworks at Federation Square in Melbourne and thats all I know.......um......

What I'm NOT excited about is Indonesia (no offence). Well it is a pretty good country but I DONT WANNA LEAVE AUSTRALIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I IS SHOOOOO SHADDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!(I is so sad)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't want to go to a new school, new church community et cetera. I will really miss my friends here but I am SO glad technology exists this century because I can contact them via email, Google+, maybe phones et cetera. Even 2 days after the last day of school, we already started a video chat....well not all of us but a few people did including me. We didn't really talk about anything. Since theres ''drawing'' on Google+ Video Call, we decorated ourselves and each other for fun.

Wanna here a story? Great! This story IS TRUE!
So last year (New Year's Ever) we were in Sydney. We went to a park or something to see the fireworks at 10 o'clock..... Guess how many hours we waited for the fireworks? Approximately 13 hours people! You fell for it! I know that you thought I came at 10 o'clock at night! So gullible! Oh LOL! It's true trust me...

Anyway! I actually CANNOT WAIT for New Year's Eve. So thank you so much for reading this and have a happy and safe New Year!

Christmas is Coming!!

Hey everyone! Sorry for not posting for a while but today is the 17th of December and there are 8 more days until.........CHRISTMAS!!! YAY!!! I am really excited about Christmas and I've got a few cards from some of my friends. I'm also part of a 'small Kris Kringle' with my friends and this morning, I opened m locker at school and saw a gift bag. There was a candle and a card and apparently, the card said it was from 'Santa'. Well, I don't believe in Santa Claus but anyway, thats not the point...

Anyway, I have received a few EARLY CHRISTMAS PRESENTS and heres some of them...

- Popping Candy and a Candy Cane from Tiffany
- Candle (scented) from 'Santa' (I'm suspecting it to be Sarah or Nicole)
- HTC PHONE!!!! from my aunty (well I haven't got it but my mum has it and she's gonna give it to me on Christmas)

I think that's it....... FOR NOW!

I can't wait to get presents...but! Its good to give than receive, right?
At church, my family and I are handing out MnM electronic fans for every kid/child in the Sunday School, which also has MnMs inside!

I can't wait for Christmas and I bet you can't wait, right? Well guess, what? I can't wait even more than you! (Hehehehehehe)

Thank you guys for reading this and enjoy the rest of my blog!

Son Of Neptune!

Yay! I finished THE LOST HERO!
I am really happy to get my motivation back and now I have completed The Lost Hero and is reading Son Of Neptune, the second book in the Heroes Of Olympus series. So far, it is a really good book and it's a bit better than The Lost Hero to be honest. I mean, its a lot more exciting and 'mysterious' in a way.

Right now, I am 1/4 through the book which took me almost a week I think and it's already really adventurous. Well it has been quite happy, sad, scary et cetera et cetera. I'll tell u a scary part I've read SO FAR.

WARNING!!!! THIS IS A SPOILER!!!!!!

So Camp Jupiter had this thing called the War Games and basically there are 2 teams and they fight each other and stuff and bla bla bla and then this girl called Gwen got stabbed from the back after the war games so she died for a few seconds... then she came back alive and she didn't even realise until Hazel said that she was dead. And also Frank took out the sword that was stabbed in Gwen's chest but Gwen didn't even feel a thing?!?!?!?!? Isn't that NOT creepy?

Also, the picture next to this is cover of the Son Of Neptune I'm reading... FYI, the two snake-haired ladies at the top of the book are gorgons, similar to Medusa. And the guy at the bottom is Percy Jackson... its pretty obvious guys.

Okay so yeah I highly recommend it along with the other Percy Jackson and Heroes of Olympus books, its an awesome book and I especially recommend it to readers who likes fantasy/mythology, adventure and other genres related to them.

Thank you guys for reading and I hope you enjoy the rest of my blog, BYE!

Heroes Of Olympus Motivation!

I'm going to officially say that I have been motivated enough to keep reading the Heroes Of Olympus series! In a previous post (I don't remember which one), I mentioned I didn't feel like reading the HoO series. But now, finally, I am motivated! Well this is the whole story. I started reading The Lost Hero. Then I stopped reading it because I thought it might be boring and also I couldn't find a good copy. Then I had an idea to borrow it from my dad's friend from church. I asked him if I can borrow his Lost Hero and he lend it to me. And guess what? When I was still reading, the page I wasn't even up to yet was starting to rip which kind of "broke the motivation" and I asked my dad to sticky tape the outside bit and he did. From then, I didn't read the book for a while..... 2 days ago I went to the library (the one in the city). Good thing is, THE LOST HERO was on the bookshelf! YAAAY!!!!!!!! So I borrowed that book and now I'm in the middle of the book, which is good, I think... LOL! Well right NOW, I just finished the part when there were 3 cyclopes and Leo fought the mama one with fire and all that awesomeness. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you but when I was still reading Last Olympian, I started reading a tiny bit of The Lost Hero from the school library but stopped reading because I continued Last Olympian and because I had to return the book to the school library.
I do recommend The Lost Hero for you because it is a good book and its really adventurous and for those who don't know this, its kind of the continuing of the Percy Jackson & Olympians series (I'm guessing you DO know, well... YOU SHOULD KNOW!). The main characters are Jason, Piper and Leo and I'm pretty sure their quest (for the whole series) is to keep Gaea asleep (Gaea is the goddess of earth I'm pretty sure..) and they're basically trying to keep their grandma/great grandma asleep. So.. yeah...

Thank you all for reading my posts and I hope you enjoy the rest of my blog.. BYE!

Day 3 Of Canberra

We woke up in the morning, like what everyone does, and we did our usual stuff that we always do in the morning. We also watched TV. Then we set off and went to the Parliament house..

We arrived at the Parliament house and took a few photos and then we went inside. We waited for the 10:00 am public tour. Then the tour FINALLY started and then the tour guide talked for SO LONG she talked in the same area for 15 minutes.. she stood at the same spot and talked for 15 minutes and WE didn't even sit down! Anyway, it was a really good tour because we went to the House Of Representitives, and I mean THE House of Representitives.. where Tony Abbott and stuff talks and those things. It was a really cool building and I enjoyed it. If you want to know more about Australia's Parliament House, click here!

Secondly, we went to Questacon, a HUGE science exhibition. If you want more information about Questacon, then click here to go to the official Questacon website. Okay. So its not any old exhibitions with tour guides talking everywhere and just people giving information, there are HEAPS, and I mean HEAPS of hands-on activities about science. It was SO SO SO SO SO cool. There were so many things to see and do. There were also rooms called "galleries" and each gallery has their own "topic" or something. The coolest gallery for me was AWESOME EARTH because there was an earthquake house, where we're in a pretend house and you can feel an earthquake, and also they had ACTUAL LIGHTNING! It was so cool! There was also this gravity slide thingy it was SO STEEP I DIDNT WANT TO GO ON IT! Well first, my mum brought me there and I was scared, at first I didn't want to do it anyway. Then I just lined up and used the special suit and yeah. When I was at the top, there were 4 other people. The girl who was going next was absolutely terrified (well thats what she told me), but she went down. Then there was only 4 people, including me. NO ONE wanted to slide down... We kept on in siting each other to go but no one wanted to. Even though I was scared, I volunteered I was already hanging from the bar thing but I wouldn't let go.. ITS SO SCARY!!!!!!!!!! So anyway I went back up and after that none of us out of the four went down the slide. I know I'm usually not scared of stuff like that but THERE WERE NO SEATBELTS or SAFETY HARNESSES!!! They guy said it was absolutely safe but I heard that a guy hit his head and hurt himself.....(?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!). Oh yeah and we also watched some 'presentations'. The first one was about food science and the other was about insects. They were both good but I enjoyed the food science one probably because the lady who was presenting sprayed peoples tongues blue (blue food dye) including me, well people got to choose if they want to get their tongue sprayed blue or not. The insect one was alright but it seemed a bit... well... kiddish. NO OFFENCE!!! NO OFFENCE!!! NO OFFENCE TO QUESTACON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 2 of Canberra

When we woke up in the morning, we ate breakfast, showered and all the daily things we do in the morning.

Firstly, we drove to the Floriade, a public garden festival thingy, and the good thing was.. PEOPLE ARE FREE TO ENTER!
The flowers actually made some patterns or a picture if you look from a bird's eye-view. You couldn't really see it if you're on the ground but you can see the pictures formed from the flowers from the ferris wheel (I will talk about the ferris wheel in a few sentences). We took some photos (as usual) and my mum and dad agreed to let my brother and I buy FAIRY-FLOSS!!! We got to choose if we wanted it on a stick or bag and we both chose bags.. anyway the price was the same but the advantage of having a bag was there were 3 different flavours. We were also allowed to go on the ferris wheel. My brother didn't want to and my dad was scared he might get sick because it was pretty slow. So my mum and I went on. Each ticket was about I think $8 for one person. It seems expensive but it is pretty worth it. On the ground, the ferris wheel looks really high but when you're on it, it doesn't feel that high to be honest.
When it was lunch time, we each got a fish and chips pack. It was REALLY REALLY good. No offence but its not the best fish in the world but it was good. Then my parents took even more photos and then we went. If you want to find out more about it then click here for the website. The Floriade was fun!

Next, we went to Australia's War Memorial and it was pretty creepy in the outside but AWESOME inside! Outside, there were names of soldiers and people who helped in the war who died on the wall and people (probably just the staff who work there) stuck on some poppies (the flower) on the walls. It was really cool. Inside, we saw this show about the World War 2 and the video and lighting was AWESOME! It was about planes in the World War and I kind of felt sad because millions died in the war. I feel sorry for the people and their family members. I really do. We saw another World War (short) movie but its slightly but the animation (the people were real but I think the planes weren't real) is even cooler no offence. It was also sad because they actually showed the people falling off the planes that were shot... but I enjoyed it. Went we went to the shop, we bought a magnet thing.

Then, we went back to the holiday park and into our cabin, ate dinner and set off again..

Finally, we went to OUTSIDE the Parliament House (THE Parliament House with Tony Abbott and stuff..) and we took family photos and stuff. WE ONLY WENT THEI FOR NIGHT PICTURES SINCE THIS WAS OUR LAST NIGHT IN CANBERRA. Then, we went to our cabin again and finally slept.....zzzzzzzzzz.......

Thank you guys for reading this. Day 2 Of Canberra will be out soon and if you want to read Day 1 of Canberra, just scroll down!

Day 1 of Canberra

Day 1:
On the first day, Wednesday the 1st of October, we woke up at 1:30am because we were going to drive to Canberra. The trip was going to take approximately 7 hours from Melbourne to Canberra so we had to wake up earlier than usual. The previous day, we have rented another car because the rented car uses less petrol compared to our own car.
On the way to Canberra we stopped twice. The first one was at McDonalds because my dad needed to go to the bathroom. The second one was Hungry Jacks so we can have breakfast. After Hungry Jacks, we kept going. It only took 1 hour and 45 minutes approximately from Hungry Jacks to Canberra.

Finally, we arrived in Canberra. First, we went to the Cockington Green Gardens where there are miniature buildings and people and there are flowers and stuff. Its really cool! There are also some famous cultural buildings/landmarks from different countries. It was really cool!

Next, we went to the National Dinosaur Museum. When we entered, we got this activity sheet with questions about the dinosaurs and if we answer it, we will get a REAL FOSSIL TO TAKE HOME! We actually got everything right (our parents helped us too) when we were done and we got a shark tooth. We also bought a magnet souvenir there. In the exhibit, there were also robot dinosaurs. We learnt so much.

After that, we went to this Coin Mint thingy thing where we saw coins being made and we also made our own one dollar coin (for three dollars!!) and they said it will cost a lot of money in the future apparently.. The machines in there was SO SO cool! We also watched this video about the process of making coins.

Lastly, we went to the holiday park and we went to our cabin. Our cabin number was 16 (In Camp Half-Blood, it is the Nemesis Cabin) and it was a pretty nice cabin. There were 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom bla bla bla and the good thing was there was a TV! Even though it was small TV, at least we got to watch most of the usual shows in Melbourne.

Thank you guys for reading this! Day 2 of Canberra coming soon!

Just Dance 2014 (Sorry for being EXTREMELY late)

I am EXTREMELY late to say that I have Just Dance 2014!!! In a previous post, Just Dance, I was hoping to get Just Dance 2014 and now I got it. I think its EXTREMELY late because I got it in June or July. My dad got it from EB Games for I think $25 and its a really cool game. My favourite songs would be.... there's too much to list!

I really like the World Tour mode where you can compete with other Just Dancers. In the World Tour mode, you don't choose the songs but JUST DANCE randomly chooses it for the whole world to dance to. There might be song votes and you can take sides (there are themes). Its pretty cool! The first picture is Ghostbusters. Second is Candy. Last is Pound The Alarm. Warning! Some songs and dances aren't that good like Careless Whisper. I tried a little bit of the song. It was two player.. a girl and a boy, and in the first bit you had to hug each other which is gross.... I only tried it to get more avatars!

My Friend

I have a family friend and his name is Abed. We are friends from church. Abed is now in hospital and he is in the INTENSIVE CARE UNIT. He is hospitalised in the Royal Children's hospital. His sisters are my best friends. Good news is that he is getting better and also a few days ago, his parents were able to let him sleep in their lap. There has been HEAPS of visitors coming and even I don't know all of them!
The rest of Abed's family members stay in the Ronald McDonald house just a block away from the hospital. Ive been there and its a pretty cool place. There are rooms for each family, a kitchen, a playground, a TV room, a playroom, a toddler room etc.

I would like to say GET WELL SOON ABED!!!!!

The School Holidays!

I am really happy that its the school holidays! This is the 2nd day of the holidays and in my opinion, the holidays feel so long but the hours seem so short!

On the 2nd week of the holidays, I am going to Canberra by car (well we rented another car in Melbourne)! I am really looking forward to it because I haven't been to Canberra. Well I have been to New South Wales but I went to Sydney, not Canberra. I am pretty sure we're going to a holiday park and were gonna stay in a cabin of some sort. I don't know what it looks like exactly, but I know its gonna be great! I can't wait!

I don't exactly know where we are going but I do know we are going to this epic science exhibition thing and I've seen the website... its AWESOME!

I really want to go now because I am so excited but anyway, time does fly right?

The prizes are REALLY cool. You get money and a book voucher! How awesome is that?!?!?! I don't exactly know all the money categories but I know that the winner in the 9-12 year old category gets $100 and a book voucher. I do hope I win but its alright if I don't win.
My brother is also joining the competition and I think my family friend is joining too.

If you would like to join the competition then click here to go to the website for more information.

And also the finishing date is on the 10th of October so you have time on the school holiday to write a story.

PJO&HoO Spoilers Part 1

WARNING: This post contains Percy Jackson or Heroes Of Olympus spoilers. Proceed if you want me to spoil something.

Okay, so this is my first PJO&HoO Spoilers. This post is kind of obvious because everyone knows Percy Jackson, right? Right? Right.

Percy Jackson

Percy Jackson is a demigod, half mortal and half god, and the son of a mortal, Sally Jackson, and a Greek god, Poseidon, god of the sea and earthquakes. His friend is Grover Underwood [apparently a satyr, with a man's body above the waist and a goat under the waist (He has hooves)] and Annabeth Chase which you will "meet" in the first book. Annabeth is also a demigod, daughter of Athena, the goddess of wisdom, and  In The Lightning Thief, Percy discovers that he is a demigod (or half-blood) and Grover and Sally Jackson sends him to a special camp for demigods called CAMP HALF-BLOOD.

Book Week

At school we had book week. Book week is a special week to celebrate the importance of books.
On Monday we got to dress up as a book character that connects to us.
I chose Thalia Grace from The Percy Jackson Series and The Heroes Of Olympus series because Thalia, in Titan's Curse, made a decision to be a hunter/huntress for Artemis and my favourite goddess in Greek mythology is Artemis.
So I used black clothes and I made this necklace out of loom bands (its a single) and the only colour is black. My dad made a lightning bolt out of cardboard and tinfoil and stuck it on the necklace. My dad also made this EXTREMELY EPIC bronze shield which is Thalia's weapon. It has Medusa's face on it and it looks EXTREMELY EPIC! And to go with the bronze shield, my dad made a spear. The stick part is metal covered with black duct tape and the pointy bit at the top is made of cardboard. Oh, and down below is a "fan-art" of Thalia Grace, daughter of Zeus, huntress of Artemis.

Birthdays

Well last week was a pretty busy week. There were three people I know that had their birthday.

1. CARSON!!!!
2. JOYA!!!!
3. MY DAD!!!!

So the first birthday was Carson's birthday and he turned 4 (He's so cute!) and his birthday cake was AWESOME and I am pretty sure his mum made it coz his mum makes the best looking cakes. Carson also had a birthday party but it was a few days after his actual birthday.
My family bought Carson this pack with Lego or Kreo or something for his birthday present.

The second birthday of the week was Joya's birthday and she turned 10 (first TWO DIGIT) and Joya is my bff and also her sister is too. In Carson's birthday party, they also celebrated Joya's birthday because it was the same week. And Carson's mum made a separate cake for Joya and it was AWESOME too.
For Joya's bday, my family bought her a knitted jumper from Target and this headband thing my mum chose to buy her.

The third birthday of the week was my dad's birthday and my dad turned 42 this year. On Sunday when it was exactly his birthday Carson's mum actually made him cake and it was SO CUTE!!! There is this man that looks like my dad made of icing.
Sadly, my mum, my brother and I haven't even got him a present even though his birthday past. I feel kind of bad to be honest.

So that is it for BIRTHDAYS. If you would like to read more, scroll down!

Percy Jackson Books COMPLETED!

A few days ago..
I FINISHED ALL THE PERCY JACKSON BOOKS..
AAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRR!!!!

I am SOOOOO happy!
I am pretty sure you know that I like Percy Jackson stuff (if you don't know, thats alright) and I am really happy now.

Above this are all the books of the Percy Jackson Series.
I recommend reading it because it is really really good.
There is a continuing of Percy Jackson books and its Heroes of Olympus. I am kind of upset to myself for not having the same motivation to read Heroes of Olympus as I did when I read the Percy Jackson series :'(

The Lightning Thief is (I think) the thickest book.
The Sea of Monsters is the shortest but (no offence) the boringest.
The Titan's curse has a lot of girls in it (there are boys, just saying) and also the saddest book.
The Battle of the Labyrinth is the scariest book in my opinion.
The Last Olympian is the most violent and confusing book (no offence).
That's my "rating"
I read it in order because I wanted it to all make sense to me.

As I might have mentioned, I am hoping to have the same motivation. Please MOTIVATE ME!
Oh, and I will tell you (with a post) if I have been motivated enough and when I am reading HEROES OF OLYMPUS!!

Thank you for reading and I enjoy the rest of my blog,

Interesting Movies

So you might know that I am in Australia but I am Indonesian (I might have mentioned it in another post). I was born in Australia though, when my mum was doing her "master" which is basically, a "step" before the PhD. I lived in Indonesia for about 6-7 years.

Recently, my family have been visiting the City Library and my brother and I went to the area that has our favourite books and my mum also joined us. My dad didn't join us. Instead, he went upstairs where there were BILINGUAL CDs AND DVDs and he went to the Indonesian section and he borrowed an Indonesian DVD called Garuda Di Dadaku. If you don't know what it means then here is a screen-shot:

Basically, it means GARUDA DI DADAKU (Garuda is a bird).
The movie is about this kid called Bayu who has a passion for soccer and his grandpa didn't let his dad and him play soccer and then his grandpa never spoke to Bayu's dad until the day he died blah blah blah...
And Bayu has a friend named Heri who loves soccer even though he can't play it since he needs a wheelchair. So then when they watched a match (Jakarta versus East Java), after the match, Bayu kicked HIS ball and it hit the Jakarta player's bus and this other guy who was a soccer pro saw him and gave him a "business card" for a soccer school.
Um.. okay I think thats too much information (I don't want to SPOIL IT)
Don't expect it to be a lame BILINGUAL movie because if it was in English, it would be EXCELLENT (I read the ENGLISH SUBTITLES!). In my opinion, this movie is hilarious.

Than, the next 2 weeks we came to the City Library again.
I instantly asked my dad if he would let me go upstairs. I wanted to borrow Laskar Pelangi and Laskar Pelangi means THE RAINBOW TROOPS. Yes, another Indonesian film. I knew it was good because I watched the movie in 2008 and it was a shame I fell asleep at the VERY end of the movie. At the Library, my dad also found the 2nd part which is Sang Pemimpi which means The Dreamer in English. The Dreamer will make sense if you watch it Laskar Pelangi first.
Both of the movies are really good. My mum cried when she watched both of the movies because it is SO EMOTIONAL. Prepare some tissues because the tears will burst out very quickly when there is an emotional part (I DID NOT CRY BECAUSE MY TEARS DONT BURST EASILY).
YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT ALRIGHT?
Watch GARUDA DI DADAKU, LAKAR PELANGI and SANG PEMIMPI.

Now I want to watch more Indonesian movies (that is alright for my age) which is strange because I like English better no offence.

Thank you for reading and enjoy the rest of m blog!

Lake Mountain

On Saturday the 26th of July, I went to Lake Mountain with my parents and my brother. It was my second time to touch snow and it was SO fun. When we arrived we arrived it was SO foggy you can't really see anything and its all white but my dad managed to drive safely because there was a yellow line we could follow on the road that leads to the main location. So first we hired some toboggans (for all of us) and unfortunately, the guy that worked there gave us 3 purple toboggans and 1 pink one. My dad wanted to switch the pink to a purple one but the guy already wrote down which toboggans we had. Next, we went to the hill for the tobogganing thing and all four of us tobogganed at the same time, it was really fun and FYI, I used the purple toboggan.

THE UNLUCKY TOBOGGAN
My mum decided to stay at the bottom of the hill so she can take some photos. So my dad did too and unfortunately I had to take the PINK toboggan for the next "slide". Guess what happened? My toboggan was going too fast and I tried to stop it with my hands and my feet and it was out of control so it steered itself to the left side of the hill and some kid was pulling his toboggan to the top go the hill on the left side (THIS IS WRONG BECAUSE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GO TO THE TOP ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE HILL WHERE IT IS LESS SLIPPERY) and then.... my left cheek crashed to his toboggan. It was really sore. I said sorry and that kid didn't even say anything...(who is meant to say sorry?) So he was a bit rude in my opinion (no offence). After that, I stood up and dragged the PINK toboggan to where my mum was standing. She didn't notice that I had tears in my eyes and FYI, I didn't cry. Ok, continuing.. later on that day my mum, my brother and I were on top of the hill, positioning to slide. I was standing up and I positioned the PINK toboggan and as I was about to sit down on the PINK toboggan, some guy that was behind us was already sliding and he pretty much crashed onto me and it did hurt a bit. That time my mum noticed. Well the guy did say sorry but my questions are IS HE BLIND OR SOMETHING? AND IF HE WASN'T BLIND, DIDNT HE SEE ME? And you might be thinking its because of the fog, but the fog only covered things about 4 metres away. My mum kind of panicked that time and she said "Are you okay?" and I said "Yeah". My mum asked that question about 3 times and I had to say Yeah 3 times. A few slides after that my mum was about to go on the hill my my brother and I and my dad wanted to take some pictures so us three were going to go up but when my mum was about to drag the PINK toboggan some guy who was going extremely fast crashed my mum (and also we were standing on the left side and no, we were not going up the hill on the left side, we were standing at the bottom left side of the hill) and my mum fell down and hurt her hips. And the kid with the toboggan stopped and said "Sorry". 5 seconds later the kid's dad came and saw my mum on the ground and said "Are you okay?" and my mum said "No, I am not okay". Oh yeah, and my dad also tried to make my mum feel better by patting her back and my brother and I also was saying "Are you alright". The kid's dad said "Which part hurts?" and my mum said "My hips hurt". And then my mum stood up and they just left which was pretty rude too.
SO THAT IS THE STORY OF THE  UNLUCKY TOBOGGAN AND BELIEVE ME, IT IS A TRUE STORY!

THE SNOWMAN VILLAGE
So after that, we went to the "SNOWMAN VILLAGE" which is basically a place where you are free to build snowmen or snowmans or something (I'm pretty sure its snowmen, right?). So there was a family who was done with their snowman and the children literally killed their own snowman right after they built it; LITERALLY. The children took of its head and LITERALLY threw it on the ground turning it into a million snowflakes. I witnessed the murder scene with my OWN EYES. No, I'm kidding, it's just a snowman, but they did LITERALLY throw the snowman's head on the ground. Only the body was left. So we used the snowman's body to make a different snowman (we are snowman doctors, did you know that? Heheh, the pro is probably my dad, heheheh) and we built a new head (HALLELUJAH! THE SNOWMAN IS GOING TO LIVE! Heheheheh...) and fortunately, we made the HEAD! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYY! So then we put the head on its body and it looked cool! The good thing is that they actually provided an actual carrot to make the nose which was pretty kawaii (cute). We also got some rocks and put it on the chest for buttons. The other kawaii thing that we did was that we had a spare beanie that we brought along and we put it on he snowman's head. My brother also volunteered to lend the scarf to the snowman. So then we took pictures with the snowman and yeah. And then we took our beanie and the scarf and left out snowman there. Some other children who were strangers to us liked it. And at least we didn't kill the snowman (heheheheheh).

LUNCH
Next, when we left the Snowman Village, we headed for the restaurant. I have to say it WAS PACKED WITH PEOPLE. Pretty much all the tables were taken and some people sat on the heater that was kind of set like a bench by the windows and they didn't get a table either. So first, when my mum was queuing for the food, my brother, my dad and I sat on the heater-bench thing... well technically my dad was just standing up. But a few minutes later, someone was done with their meal and was cleaning the table and scraping off crumbs off the table and finally (#sings# HALLELUJAH #sings#) we got ourselves a table.. YAAAAYY! Then the food came. Before that I ordered chicken nuggets and potato chips. My mum and my brother chose (the original) fish and chips and my dad chose chicken (with the bones) and chips. IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST CHICKEN NUGGETS I HAVE EVER EATEN, EVER! The chips were okay. It just needed a little more salt. I asked my mum for salt but she couldn't be bothered since the place WAS PACKED WITH PEOPLE. I didn't really mind, although I didn't finish EVERY chip because firstly, I was so full and secondly, it needed more salt (but my mum couldn't be bothered to take salt coz the place WAS PACKED WITH PEOPLE, like I said before). But other than the salt problem, it was DELICIOUS.

PICTURES & PHOTOS
So lastly, we took final pictures in the snow (oh and we also went to the bathroom) and then it was time to go. When we got to the car, I INSTANTLY took my boots off because the boots were SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO tight and it felt like I was going to get a blister and I took my gloves off and tried to warm my hand.

ArtemisTheGreat

I started playing Animal Jam 2 years ago (2012) and I really liked it. I stopped playing for a while in 2013 for a few months. I started playing again this year, the start of the Term 2 holidays.
I have changed accounts and now I am ArtemisTheGreat.

On the holidays I played and played and decided to make a video. I am LOVING this video and I'm making another ARTEMISTHEGREAT video!
If you can't see the video here then you can go on Google+ and go to my page which is +Serafim Autumn and I've got a post on it!
Here is my video:

How To Train Your Dragon 2

As I have told you on my previous post I was going to watch HTTYD2 (How To Train Your Dragon 2) and I DID! I watched it with my brother and my mum. Sadly we didn't watch it in 3D since there was no 3D ones that day and if we went on other days, the price would go up higher (one of the options was $10 higher) and so we decided to go even if we didn't watch it in 3D.

In my opinion this movie was better than the first one. This is my "RATING" for HTTYD2:

Positive side:
- Hiccup (main character) meets his LONG-LOST mum so I think that was great.
- There were WAY more dragons than the first movie.
- This movie is pretty funny, well it was for me because Ruffnut liked Eret son of Eret and it was hilarious and also there was another funny scene when there was slow motion of Fishlegs and Snotlout (Ruffnut was liking them too).
- Hiccup's mum's dragon (Cloudjumper) is (by far) the 2nd cutest dragon in the world (right after Toothless)!
- The animation is AMAZING!!!!!!
- Almost everything is positive.
- Gobber was pretty funny (not as funny as Ruffnut though).

Negative side:
- Stoic (Hiccup's dad) unfortunately dies because of saving Hiccup (from Toothless' Plasma Blast).
- Toothless (the cutest dragon of all time) becomes EVIL for a while (The Alpha's control) and so when Toothless became evil, he was going to do the PLASMA BLAST thing to Hiccup and then Stoic saved Hiccup but Stoic died.
- Gobber has the worst voice in Berk (no offence).

My REAL Life Mini Fact:
Did you know, my mum cried while watching HTTYD2 because..
- Stoic and Valka (Hiccup's parents) met each other for the first time since Valka was stolen/lost and.....
- My mum cried because Stoic died to save Hiccup.

Ok so I believe this is the end of the post.
Thank you all for reading and enjoy the rest of my blog,
BYE!!!!!

Term 2 School Holidays!!!

So right now, its the SECOND WEEK of the SCHOOL HOLIDAYS and I am going to tell you what I have done so far..
So far I've been playing Animal Jam on my laptop (ArtemisTheGreat) and yesterday I decided to do a little video on AJ and its all about me (It's not boring trust me) and I will post the video once I have finished it.
And I also had friends coming over to our house (They're friends from church) and we played the Wii (we especially played Mario Kart Wii).
I have also watched videos from StampyLongHead. If you don't know who he is then he is a YouTuber and he does Let's Play videos and all that. If you would LIKE to watch his videos than here is the link to his channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/stampylonghead and also I DO have some posts on Stampy so if you would like to read my posts than here are the links: http://serafimsworld.blogspot.com.au/2014/01/stampylonghead-part-1.html
http://serafimsworld.blogspot.com.au/2014/02/stampy-part-2.html
http://serafimsworld.blogspot.com.au/2014/03/stampy-part-3.html
(They're in order from Part1 to Part3)
I ALSO went shopping on the holidays and we didn't buy that many things but my parents bought my brother and I ice-cream from New Zealand Natural and my family also bought this WART-OFF medicine thingy (well you don't SWALLOW it you put it on the skin) coz my brother has this annoying wart thing so yeah. My dad also bought me a sketch book from Daiso for $2.80 because I was desperate to draw in a book. I'm not sure if we bought anything else but I think thats pretty much it.
I also received my DISNEY INFINITY for the Wii (I just got it yesterday) and its a really fun game, you should buy it for those who have consoles (although the price might be a bit EUGH). Its really cool. The Starter Pack includes Sulley, Jack and Mr. Incredible and the portal thingy and a power disc and also a card with a Web Code which I don't really care about and it has the round thingy to go on Play Sets. My favourite character out of the three is SULLEY because.. SULLEY'S JUST AWESOME. And also, STAMPYLONGHEAD plays Disney Infinity so if I need some help or inspiritation, I just watch Stampy's Disney Infinity videos (If you are like me you can do it too).
I also watched Jurassic Park 3 on the TV which thats not really important but its a cool movie (sad I didn't see the ending since I went on a bathroom break..heheh..)
I also watched Rio, Hop and The Lorax on the TV since I have the CDs and it's like my millionth time watching those videos.
I also made a few loom bracelets and drew some pictures (I drew Stampy and THE MAGIC ANIMAL CLUB) and I read Percy Jackson and the Last Olympian and I also went to this Fish and Chips restaurant 2 days ago. I ordered the Kid's Pack and I chose 2 chicken nights instead of the 2 Fish Bites.... MAN EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! In the pack there was 2 chicken nuggets, half serve of the fries/chips, 1 lamb and chicken DIM SIM (Best dim sim I have EVER eaten) and a potato cake (SO CRISPY!!!) I just LOVED IT!
In a few hours I am going to watch HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2 in the cinemas and I CANT WAIT. I have seen the trailer and it was so EPIC! Even my mum wants to watch it and she's not a big MOVIE-FAN. I CANT WAIT!

I know this post is pretty long but thanks for reading.
As I have promised somewhere above, I will be posting my AJ video that I'm making. I will post it on a new post so its separate from this and other posts.

So thanks again and enjoy the rest of my blog,
BYE!!!

WATOTO - Rescue, Raise, Rebuild

On Wednesday, the 11th of June 2014, my friends, family and I went to the Scots Church to see the Watoto choir. I have to say.. it was SO AWESOME! I have never EVER seen a children's choir like this.

Watoto means 'children' from the Swahili language
(By the way, its not Watòtò but it is Watōtō, I said Watòtò at first but then got the real info and I was wrong... oopsie, LOL).

As far as I know, they have 6 groups touring AROUND THE WORLD! In their performance, they dance and sing (I thought they should have been REALLY exhausted).

DreamWorks Animation

If you would like to see it, I don't know how many the tickets cost but it's worth it anyway. It's in Melbourne, Australia and it's in the Federation Square. The Exhibition ends on the 10th of October and you still have a lot of time to decide if you're going or not. It's awesome, trust me.

Hello guys! Today I just went to an (AMAZING) exhibition. The exhibition was called DreamWorks Animation: The Exhibition. It's about how animators that works for DreamWorks draw characters and objects and lots of REALLY complicated things. They showed us lots of different cartoon movies. There was so many I couldn't remember them all!  But anyway, the exhibition was so Awesome!

Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed this post. Bye!

Like animals? Love animals? Absolutely LOVE animals? Then what's on the right side of the blog.. ANIMALS! Visit my Virtual Zoo and feed the animals. To feed the animals, press More on the bottom right of the animal and you are able to feed the animal!

It WAS My Birthday!

Hello everyone. Sorry about not posting any posts lately. But May the 8th was MY BDAY! I know I said this VERY late but I don't really mind.

My Invention

So I have done quite a few posts about LOOM BANDS and today (the 29th of April), I invented a really AWESOME BRACELET!!!
I didn't copy anyone.. but I got some of the ideas from the Easter Chick Charm... Well one of the parts. But anyway, the bracelet I invented is called the TRAPPED SPIRAL.. I was about to call it HOPSCOTCH but I found out there was another kind of bracelet called Hopscotch, so I called it the TRAPPED SPIRAL.
If you have already invented this bracelet or you have seen a bracelet that looks exactly (or similar) like the TRAPPED SPIRAL, please tell me by commenting because I don't want to commit (do) any plagiarism.. I didn't look at any instructions or tutorials for this bracelet... but I just thought of it.
This bracelet will be on my May 2014 giveaway.. girls will have this one and boys will have a green and blue one. But it will be your choice. If you want to enter my giveaway but have no idea how to enter, just go on Google+ and search +Serafim Autumn and I will post a video on the giveaway. Thank you for reading and BYE! Enjoy the rest of the stuff on Serafim's World!

My Awesome Drawing...

So on Friday the 28th of March, the 5/6 girls went to Gilmore Collage and for the first session in Gilmore, my group did Art. It was AWESOME!! We had to draw some manga stuff. There were a few options for us to draw and I drew a side-view of a girl. I really liked it because I think it's very detailed. Some other people drew it too and it was awesome too. I think I did an awesome job (BECAUSE I DID.... L.O.L!)! So first we got the instruction page and then we followed the steps on how we should draw it. Then we added some details and out-lined it with a black marker. Next we rubbed out the unnecessary sketches and painted the picture.. and it's done! Here is my AWESOME manga drawing.........!

Greek gods and goddesses

I know I'm a fan of Percy Jackson stuff and I haven't done anything PERCY JACKSON-ish lately but  now I'm going to in this post. This post is about GREEK MYTHOLOGY, and it does have to do with Percy Jackson stuff.

Greek gods:

Zeus: the god of the sky, king of the gods and Mount Olympus
Poseidon: the god of the sea and water (father of Percy Jackson)
Hades: the god of the underworld
Demeter: the goddess of the harvest and agriculture
Hera: the goddess of marriage and home, queen of Mount Olympus
Ares: the god of war
Hertia: the goddess of hearth and family
Athena: the god of wisdom and intelligence
Apollo: the god of the sun, music and prophecies
Artemis: the goddess of the moon, the hunt and the wilderness
Hephaestus: the god of craftsmen, volcanoes and blacksmiths
Aphrodite: the goddess of love and beauty
Hermes: the god of messengers, travelers and thieves
Dionysus: the god of wine, grapes and madness
Persephone: the goddess of Springtime

There are lots of Greek gods and I can't tell you all of them because it would take all my time, but the gods and goddesses above are the main ones I think.. so yeah.

Thanks for reading and you can read my other posts... BYE!

Justice League VS The Avengers

Hi guys! This post is about Justice League and The Avengers. Justice League and The Avengers are a group of mutant superheroes. And in this post, I would like to ask you which one is better..

To the left of the photo above is Justice League.
To the right of the photo is The Avengers.

So I knew the Avengers first from my dad and also the cartoon THE AVENGERS on ABC3. And I knew the Justice League when I was at Movie World at Gold Coast.

I don't know how to explain the differences but if you know, please vote.
THANK YOU
Here is your small 'survey'..

LOOM Bracelets 2

I have got some Loom Bands! WOOOHOOO! I bought them at Highpoint, at Lincraft. Unfortunately, I haven't got a LOOM because they were all sold out and the REALLY GOOD bands are gone. But the ones I got still look nice! So the colours I got are.. LIGHT BLUE, PINK, LIGHT GREEN, BROWN and this kind of WHITE-PEACH-ish kind of colour. So they're pretty cool to me. And yes, I have made some bands. But only fishtail bands because I don't have the loom and the fishtail style is the easiest to do with your fingers to me. I have made bracelets for myself, my mum, my dad, my brother and my friend Nashita. The colours I used on my bracelet are light green, light blue and pink.
The bracelet next to this is my one. I know its not a good quality photo.. I used photo booth thats why.. and my laptop doesn't have a camera at the front. So I would have to flip my laptop. I will try a better photo with better quality... using my mum's phone!

Ok so basically, if you want some bands, you can buy it at Lincraft, like I did. But there are some at Toys R Us. I'm not entirely sure but maybe there are some at Target or Big W. But I'm not too sure. You would probably find some in an arts and crafts shop. But it can be like ANYWHERE!!!

So there it is.. my AWESOME good quality photo! It looks way better. So I am pretty happy with my bracelet. It looks cool!

And the one above are ALMOST all the bands I have made. I didn't take a photo of my dad's because he was working the time I took the photos. So yeah..

Thank you for reading and you may also ready the first part of 'LOOM Bracelets'. Just scroll down, and it is below the post below this post.
Thanks and BYE!

Autumn is my MIDDLE NAME

I should've said this earlier but its Autumn for AUSTRALIA! YAY!

MY SEASON!!!
....some of you might ask yourself why I said its my season. And the reason for that is because my middle name is AUTUMN! No, I;m actually serious about this. This is real!

And speaking of Autumn, I kind of have decided on something. So now my background for the blog is an Autumn-ish kind of background. So every three months when a new season comes, I will put on a new background. I might change this rule and I might forget to change it or even forget about this rule thing. So yeahh..

So enjoy my other posts on SERAFIM'S WORLD and watch out for my next post! BYE!

LOOM Bracelets

LOOM bracelets are pretty much rubber band bracelets and they look really cool. I am planning (I SAID PLANNING) to buy a loom bracelet kit/set and I'm going to make a bracelet.

MY WISH LIST
If I've got enough bands, I would make bracelets for..

- Me (OBVIOUSLY)
- My brother
- My mum
- My dad
- My piano teacher
- My friends, Eunike and Joya
- My friend, Nashita
- My teachers, Stacey and Geraldine

                    ET CETERA..
I'm sorry if I missed or forgot about you.

So I do know which ones I am might make for other people. So.. I got this website and it teaches you how to make different sorts of bracelets. The website is LOOM LOVE and its a pretty cool website.

I've got some pictures for you and who its for...

This one would obviously be for my piano teacher.

The one above would be for my friends.
And this one would be for my teachers!

So I'm planning to get it this weekend! I really want to make different bracelets.

Oh.. and by the way, I didn't decide bracelets for my family because I'm gonna let them choose.

FINGERS CROSSED I GET IT THIS WEEKEND!

Really Awkward Facts (In MY opinion!)

In MY opinion (AND I DID SAY MY OPINION) these facts are actually awkward!

1. Did you know that when I hum a One Direction song, time flies and the ticking of the clock actually seems so fast?!

2. Here's another fact! Dancing is boring to me if I'm not playing Just Dance. Like, I dance when it's Just Dance but in parties, I don't want to dance.

3. You would normally have a favourite animal but I actually don't have any.

4. I use to say that I'm funny but most of the times, I'm actually not funny. Heheh.. oh..

5. The song "God Only Knows" by MKTO can get stuck in my head even if it's played only once VERY EASILY. I think that happens to some of you.

6. Girls about my age and over, who are not that girly right now, use to like either Barbie or princesses (or both) and also a superhero or like a hero squad or something. I use to anyway. Well I use to like Barbie AND princesses and I liked.. *smirks* I liked... POWER RANGERS! Hahahaha! I.K.R! Yeah.. its a GREAT joke! NOT!

7. I get bored EASILY! So if you're planning to play a game with me, be ready to get complaints from (the awesome) MOI! But if I like the game, you don't have to get ready. Hahah!

Ok.. I couldn't think of anymore awkward stuff (in MY opinion!) so yeah. This is the end of the post!
If you are going to read the next post, scroll down for..  STAMPY PART 3!!!!!!!

Stampy Part 3

So as I might've said before, this post is going to be about STAMPY'S FUNLAND!!!

WOOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!

This is probably my favourite Stampy post (from my blog) since I'm going to talk about Stampy's Funland!

So STAMPY'S FUNLAND is pretty much like theme parks... but it's not like any random theme park. Since it's not just ROLLERCOASTERS and those wacky stuff.
So here's a picture of the entrance of the fun land... and in the picture, we've got Lily Ann3 and Finnball!

So in this post, I've got some videos you can watch that is featuring STAMPY'S FUNLAND.

I really REALLY like watching Stampy's videos and I ESPECIALLY LOVE his FUNLAND! Everytime (well, most of the time) I get the privilege or if I have time to watch Stampy's videos, I would search "STAMPY'S FUNLAND" in the STAMPYLONGHEAD channel, and there would be videos to pick! SO yeah I really enjoy it.

Please watch Stampy's videos because I recommend it and you would like it VERY much . I know you will like it. But if you don't find it attractive to you, try watching the recent uploads because in my opinion (no offence), his early uploads are a bit dull and boring. The start of the video pretty much effects everything.

SO PPPLLLEEEAAASSSEEE WATCH HIS VIDEOS. JUST GO TO YOUTUBE AND TYPE IN STAMPYLONGHEAD ON THE SEARCH BAR. THEN THERE WILL BE VIDEOS BY STAMPY, BUT THERE WILL ALSO BE STAMPY'S YOUTUBE CHANNEL PHOTO AND ITS THE MR STAMPY CAT AND CLICK ON THAT, AND FINALLY, YOU WILL END UP IN STAMPY'S CHANNEL, STAMPYLONGHEAD!

THANK YOU FOR READING AND I'LL SEE YOU ALL, LATER! BYE!!!!!!!

P.S
Stampy has another channel called STAMPYLONGNOSE. But if you are a child under the age of 10, I would recommend for you to watch STAMPYLONGHEAD videos. THANKS!

Stampy Part 2

I think you have read Stampy Part 1 but you haven't read Stampy Part 2, have you?

http://serafimsworld.blogspot.com.au/2014/01/stampylonghead-part-1.html

Well if you haven't read Stampy Part 1, the link is above and you may also continue reading this post after you have read Stampy Part 1 (It's just better that way).

If you have some questions about Stampy, here is a Q&A (Q: Question, A: Answer)

Q: Is Stampy a boy?
A: Definitely!

Q: Is Stampy his real name?
A: It's unlikely since in his 1 million subscribers video, he said he got the name "StampyLongHead" from a cartoon he watched. So yeah.

Q: Does he have any friends?

A: Of course, and his friends are nice and also awesome!

Q: Does Stampy use bad language?
A: Well, um, I haven't heard him say any rude things but in his 1 million subscribers video (its a long story), he made the STAMPYLONGNOSE channel first and when he made the STAMPYLONGHEAD channel, he realised a lot of kids were watching his videos and he didn't use bad language. Something like that. (I might get it mixed up).

Q: If I begged him to be part of his "LOVE GARDEN", will I be allowed?
A: No. I think its because it would be too simple to be in his love garden, just begging and begging. He said the reason on one of his videos (I think it was when he was making that pet course/challenge thing) he told the reason. But I forgot it. So don't beg or else.

(And by the way, if you don't know who's behind Stampy,
That's iBallisticSquid!)

That's it for 'Stampy Part 2' and if you haven't read Stampy Part 1, press the link above. But to be a bit quicker, I will put the link

Poseidon Has Come

So you know how I told you that our old pet fish Percy went down the drain? And you know how I told you about getting Poseidon (another fighter fish)?

POSEIDON HAS COME!!!

Here is a picture of him (in his bowl)

He is a male fighter fish and we have adopted him on the 16-02-2014.
So he is (obviously) blue (which is awesome for a fish named POSEIDON) and also the colourful background is not part of the fish bowl, but we but the background on the wall. It's pretty cool.
The picture poster below the fish bowl is POSEIDON's ADOPTION CERTIFICATE!
Well we didn't make one for Percy so yeah (It's too late now)
And underneath is a close-up photo of the adoption certificate.

If you can't see the writing it says....

POSEIDON

Name: Poseidon
Species: Male Fighter Fish
Adopted by: Bimbi Putrafajar, Serafim Putrifajar, Fajar Agustus Wahyuwibowo, Serli Wijaya
Date adopted: 16/02/14

Bimbi
bib
  -----------------
$erafim
  -----------------

Okay so that's what it says people.

In my opinion, Percy was a pretty easy-going fish. But I think Poseidon is pretty active because he likes swimming around the bowl.

So my plan is if Poseidon dies or goes down the kitchen drain, we might get another fish called ZEUS since Zeus is also a Greek god and Zeus is the king of the Greek gods (its not real btw) and yeah.

Thanks for reading! BYE!!
